THE HARD CHARGER

1. Fusion In-Mold polycarbonate shell
The EPS foam is injected into the thin shell of the microshell while it is still in the mold (or "mold", which explains the name), instead of being molded separately and glued afterwards. This process was first introduced by Bell and is now the standard for all sophisticated helmets.

2. Float Fit
Bell's most advanced helmet mounting system combines comfort and safety in an ultralight design. Float Fit optimizes the fit of the helmet in 2 ways: in terms of head circumference and vertical adjustment. To reduce weight and simplify usability, the guide arms enclose the back of the head in a unique way thanks to the "float" design. This brings the helmet into an ideal position on the head. 3. MIPS technology
MIPS is a sliding system inside the helmet that has been developed to slow down or prevent the amount of energy that is transferred to or from the head.

4. Spherical technology
MIPS Spherical is the further development of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System. Made in the typical design, the two layers of EPP foam in two degrees of hardness act as a kind of joint that can move a few millimeters in each direction and thus effectively reduces the rotational energy at certain angles of impact.

5. Progressive stratification
