Check your Order
You can follow the various stages of your order by introducing in the LOGIN box ,to the top on the right of the site,your e-mail address and the surname you used when ordering. You will then enter your profile by clicking on the box ACCOUNT,to the top on the right. In the right section you will find the boxes YOUR ORDERS and FAVOURITES, here you can check your order's steps in the following states of processing:
We have received your order correctly and in a short time it will be approved.
At this moment we are working on your order. WARNING (is no more possible to cancel the order).
At this stage you possibly be requiered additional documents.
If you made your purchase with a credit card you may need to send a personal document to confirm your order. WARNING ONLY IF REQUIRED BY OUR STAFF!
In this case we will contact with you by e-mail. WARNING (requests arrive only by our staff by address firstname.lastname@example.org, other e-mail or other requests for documents are to be considered invalid.)
Once we receive the requested document, we will either begin to prepare your order or, if the product is not immediately available in stock, wait for the arrival of the missing article and send it as soon as possible.
- The order is being prepared in Stock:
The order is in our stock and we are preparing it.
- Prepared and ready to be sent:
The package has been prepared and is ready to be sent.
Your order has been sent.
Soon you'll get an e-mail with the confirmation that will explain you how to trace your shipment.
- Ready and waiting to be sent:
Your order has been invoiced and we are waiting to be able to deliver to the carrier and then send it.
Something happened with your order. Don't worry, you'll be contacted soon by an operator.
Your order has been canceled.
You can place a new order or you can contact our Customer Service.
- Waiting for missing products:
The material you ordered is not immediately available in our stock and we are waiting a delivery.
- Waiting for the requested document:
We are still preparing your order as we need additional documents (in the case of purchases made by credit card).
Please contact us and provide us with the information we need to confirm your order.
- We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if:
* We need more information to confirm your order.
* We need to make changes in the order (for example availability, update data, etc.).
* We have a delivery problem.
Ridewill guarantees its customers the opportunity to cancel the order at any time, as soon as the cancellation is made before the order has been prepared (" the order is being prepared in stock") or has been already delivered to the Courier to be sent ("prepared and ready to send").
