Territorial Range
Ridewill accepts orders to be delivered in

Purchase receipt / Invoice
For every order made Ridewill emits detailed tax receipt for private customers, and invoice for customers with the VAT number, and sends it by e-mail to the Customer pursuant to art. 14 of Presidential Decree 445/00 and Legislative Decree 52/2004.
The data provided by the customer when the order is made will be entered in the Invoice / Receipt, no change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.

Product Information
The customer can buy products in the electronic catalog of Ridewill when sending order. The images and technical data conteined in the sheet of a product may not be complete and exhaustive about the product's characteristics, they can be different in size, color, accessories, etc..
The term "available" that appears when the product is displayed is purely indicative due to the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason Ridewill reserves the right, upon receipt of the order, to check the availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance sent. No responsibility can be attributed to Ridewill.

Receipt of the order

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Ridewill by a reply e-mail, sent to the email address notified by the customer.
This confirmation message will present all the data entered by the customer who will verify the correctness and communicate any corrections. After checking the availability of good and the accuracy of customer data,Ridewill sends them by e-mail the acceptance of the contract.
The contract between the customer and Ridewill is concluded only after Ridewill sends the e-mail of its acceptance.
By performing the order on the site Ridewill the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, terms of payment proposals and the whole purchase process.
With express reference to art. 3:04 Legislative Decree 185/89 the costumer will receive by e-mail all the information necessary to identify the seller and he must keep it together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

Returned good
If the customer needs to give back the products purchased, he will have to send it  through RMA procedure for product failure or RECESS exclusively to the operational headquarters of Ridewill Srl
