In the 2021 collection the South African company of Dr. Leatt expresses its maximum potential with the 4.0 Enduro helmets. Thanks to rigid design methodologies and a long production cycle, Leatt products have gained global popularity by dressing many professional athletes.

But what is it about? This convertible helmet was created without compromising on any aspect, but on the contrary standing out for safety, design, and style. A shell in polymer fibers gives it lightness and resistance, while the removable chin guard makes it suitable for any situation, also managing to obtain the rigorous certification for Downhill.

Going deeper into the safety aspect, the 4.0 Enduro bikes are equipped with the innovative 360 ​​° turbine technology; a technology developed by Leatt that drastically disperses the energy of the most severe impacts. More precisely, by reducing, at speeds associated with concussions, the maximum cerebral acceleration by up to 30% and the rotational acceleration of the same by 40%.
The EPS and EPP foam lining further absorbs impacts, while the adjustable visor detaches instantly to mitigate the rotational force of the skull.
Thanks to these characteristics it has been certified in the following tests: AS / NZS 2063: 2008, ASTM F1952-10, EN1078, and CPSC 1203.

The helmet is also equipped with an advanced ventilation system with 18 vents that provide excellent ventilation even at low speeds. But if that's not enough for you, you can detach the front of the chin guard for maximum ventilation. The inside has a breathable anti-odor, anti-humidity lining and is easily washable, preventing unwanted odors after long sessions on hot days.

They are available in four colors and three sizes. Their design has also been adapted for those who prefer to use sunglasses during lighter sessions, the Leatt designers have created a compartment that allows you to fix the glasses under the visor when you don't want to wear them, and the visor adjustable allows you to comfortably accommodate your mask. Do not forget the FidLock magnetic closure system, which makes it natural to close and attach the case even with gloves.

Compared to the 3.0 series, the 4.0 continues with the same functions but adds new features and improved capabilities, and is distinguished above all by the certified chin guard for downhill.
